A few people were asking how I did it, so, I made an editable. :3 It's not exactly a tutorial, but I hope you'll find it helpful.
If you don't understand the instructions in the drawing, please feel free to ask any questions here. :3
If you don't know what I mean, here's an example!
Questions:

Okay. To get to it, go here:
Click the 'box blur'. Change it to look like this:
Then press okay.
