Sorta. He's not a huge grump at all and is just.. more of an
easily angered guy. He is a gamer nerd much like his mother
and yet he is often getting quite angry with all the games he
happens to play, this causing him a lot of stress in trying to help
others as he gets frustrated way too easily. Despite all of this
though, he tends to be very overprotective of his sister. He won't
go as far as getting all up in her business buts it more like.. if
someone is being mean or rude to her he's on them in a heart-
beat.. if he isn't trying to angrily chase a pokemon. If he is-
his sister might be in a bit of trouble with protective bro coming.

Rune the Zorua
Thud Thud Thud. was all could be heard, the quick breaths of a tiny wolf following the constant thud of running paws. Her mismatched blue eyes scanned the forested area as she looked for a way out. "This is the fifth day in a row! Leave me alone!" She cried out, however her efforts seemed to fail every time. Not to far behind there were two older trainers, grinning with a pokeball in their hands. Zoras eyes widened as she heard the terrifying "go Talonflame!" from one, and "Go Luxio." from the other. Soon, poor Zora was stuck. "Guys come on, im not a pokemon!" Zora said nervously, screeching as the Talonflame dove at her in attempt to use wing attack. Zora, unfortunately, found herself right next to the Luxio, a grin on its face as it used thunder shock. Zora widened her eyes and blacked out, waiting for the worst to happen.
Zora awoke to find herself somewhere she had never seen before. She looked around, heading trouble comprehending where she was. She groaned, getting up and attempting to walk. "Oww..." She muttered. She continued to look around, gasping when she noticed something blue glowing and getting closer. She backed away, unsure of what it was just yet. The blue glow seemed to stay in the darkness, not coming out. Suddenly, the creature hopped out in fron of her, making Zora jump back as well. She stared at the tiny pokemon in front of her. "It's a... Zorua?" She murmured, taking a closer look at it. "You... are different..?" Zora said, staring at the pokemon who was staring back at her. The zorua nodded, a slight grin on it. "Did you help me?" Zora asked curiously, tilting her head. Once again, the zorua nodded with a wide grin. "Thank you, I appreciate it!" Zora said, grinning madly. The little zorua stood proudly, wagging her little tail. "I'll.. Be going now, thank you zorua!" Zora said thankfully as she started to walk away to head home. The little Zoura widened her eyes and started to follow her. Zora tilted her head as the wild pokemon started to follow her, but then smiled. "You coming too?" She asked, and the Zorua nodded with her normal wide grin. "Awesome! I actually have an open pokeball... 6 actually. I can't wait for you to come journey with me! You'll love my family,..." She said, taking out a pokeball and tossing it into the air, the Zorua hopping into it excitedly. "My first pokemon!" Zora said, hopping around excitedly, letting Zorua out of her pokeball. "I'll call you... Rune."
Sophie the Eevee
Zora and Rune padded through the Santalune Forest. "Looks like today will be an easy day, it doesn't look like anythings wrong today!" Zora said, hinting to the happy pokemon around them. Rune, however, didn't look to convinced. The little zorua listened, waiting to hear somehing that seemed out of place. Both rune and Zora jumped at the sound of cages near them. "Spoke to soon." Zora sighed, flicking her tail. As she took Runes pokeball and was ready to call her back, however Rune decided otherwise. Rune simply glared at Zora, and Zora understood. Zora flattened her ears and sighed. Shes going to get herself in trouble one day and I won't be able to save her. she thought bitterly, stalking over to to see what was going on. Zora widened her eyes in horror as she noticed cages upon cages of pokemon. Zora listened to some nearby goons who were talking to one another. "It was worth the wait, it was way to easy to catch." One muttered. "Yeah, the boss'll love us, that ones special." The other said. "We just gotta wait for the boss to come back." Zora had heard enough. She quietly snuck out to the giant wall of cages. "I'll get you out of here." Zora whispered, trying to unlock each cage. A sudden "Hey!" Froze her in her tracks. The two goons were staring at her, pokeballs in hand. "Not again, Rune!" She friend out. Rune wasn't there. "Dang it rune." Zora muttered, staring at the goons angrily. She bared her teeth at them, although it probably didn't phase them. The goons let out their pokemon, a Liepard and mightyena, that both cornered little Zora. They both lunged at her, but rune jumped out and used shadow ball. "Rune where were-" she stopped short when she noticed some of the cages open. "Alright that works." Zora sighed. thank goodness we used that tm for shadow ball, that really helped. she thought, watching the Liepard and mightyena. "Rune, hold them off, I'll free the rest!" She said, rune nodded and the two went off to do their own thing.
Zora freed almost every caged pokemon, one was left. Zora stared at the cage, this one was different from the rest of the cages. "I can't... Get it open..." She hissed angrily. She widened her eyes as she noticed a little keypad on the odd cage. i need a code..! she thought instantly. "To whatever's in there dont worry, I'll help you." She whispered as she grabbed the cage and darted to where Rune was. "Rune, use attract on them!" She shouted. Rune was obviously exhausted, but used attract. To their luck both the mightyena and Liepard fell for it, becoming infatuated instantly. "Go for the trainers!" Zora said, and Rune obeyed. Within minutes both goons were cornered, their pokemon still infatuated and didn't seem to be snapping out of it anytime soon. "Unlock it." Zora said simply. When the goons refused, Rune grinned as Zora plugged her ears, Rune using hyper voice. The goons cooperated after that, feeling defeated and deafened. They told her the passcode, although they weren't happy about it, and it worked. Zora carefully input the code and watched as it opened, a silver Eevee shaking inside. "Rune, let's go, before their Pokemon come to their senses." Zora whispered, taking the open cage with her. When they were far enough, she put the cage down and the little Eevee hopped out. "V..Vee?"
Zora held out a friendly hand. "Hey there, you okay little one?" Zora asked, the little Eevee nodding her head. "Rune, it's another odd colored one." Zora whispered, and the two smiled. Zora spent a little more time calming the little scared Eevee down, and as Zora went to leave the little Eevee followed her, not wanting to go back. "Oh?" Zora asked, staring down at the little silver Eevee. "You're coming with? Welcome to the team!" Zora said excitedly, putting a pokeball on the ground and letting the Eevee do it on her own. The little Eevee poked the pokeball and stayed in, joining Zoras team.
Drago the Deino
Zora watched the area, her Nightvision goggles on as she watched cages being loaded into an abandon warehouse and couldn't help but growl slightly. Theyre experimenting on... Eggs? she thought, getting a closer look at it. When she seemed that the coast was clear she let Rune out of her pokeball and the two stalked into the warehouse, successfully going in undetected. She watched the grunts load the eggs into separate machines, each having their own tube that Zora wasn't quite sure what it was. She gasped as she heard a voice of someone she had never seen before. "The eggs are in place, wonderful. They should hatch any seco-" the voice was stopped, Zora frowned as she noticed the eggs hatching as if on cue. "Four" Zora whispered, counting the eggs in the machines. Joltik, absol, Starly, and Deino. she thought, narrowing her eyes as she watched. The newly hatched pokemon seemed rather happy and unsure of what was going on. Zora jumped as something grappled hold of all of them, an odd collar being placed around their necks. For a moment they all started to struggle, but all at once they stopped. "What do they want with newly hatched Pokemon?" Zora said aloud, widening her eyes as they all looked at her. "

Umbri| Mother
Its no secret that Zora is a total mommas girl. Zora looks up to and wants to be like her mom in any and every possible way. They have a strong and special bond that needs a lot of damage to even cause a slight cut. Of course, like any mother and daughter, they have their disagreements and as Zora gets older it probably won't get any better but that bond will never break. Zora completely trusts her mother and knows she can go to her for anything and everything no matter what it might be. She is probably the closest to her mother out of any family member, an this won't change. When Zora came home with her first Pokemon- Rune- she would beg her mom to teach her to battle correctly and teach her different strategies and such. When Zora concluded she wanted to be a dark type trainer, she would ask her mom where the best time and places are to find them. Poor Umbri would be bombarded with questions about anything and everything, but it always helped Zora in the end. Now, like every relationship, you may have a bit of a rocky road that can quite possibly hurt the relationship in the long run. Umbri cares a lot for both of her children, but it seems that Zora is a danger magnet. She's constantly being chased or even caught by poachers and even team plasma once or twice. Umbri worries a bit, and Zora gets kinda angry after awhile. Zora doesn't understand that Umbri jut wants her to be safe. Other times it's just a friendly and joking quarrel. They love to mess around with how they both look like Umbreon, Umbri half like a normal and the other half a shiny, then Zora like a full out shiny Umbreon. Both of heir sassy and determined personalities sometimes make these conversations last for hours, always ending in both laughing. In the end they always love each other and have a great relationship.
Deyox| Father
Although their bond isn't as strong as Umbri and Zora, Zora still loves her father deeply and goes to him for a lot of things. She tends to test his patience on purpose, it's always fun and she finds it amusing. From using Keiran to blow bubbles and squirt water in her face to 'accidentally' bothering a swarm of beedrill and running towards her dad to deal with it. She knows that like Umbri, her father is an extremely good trainer and she looks up to him. Zora wants to be better than both her mother and father, and she'll constantly challenge him to battles that don't last more than 5 minutes. Deyox may be a little harder on Zora than her mother, but Zora knows he just cares a lot for her and she's happy about it. They do sometimes fight, but what family is perfect? It's usually resolved within a day at the most.
Deybri| Sister
Zora loves deybri, however never understood her speech impediment. That doesn't change anything, however, and Zora still looks up to and loves her older sister. The only true thing that makes Zora tick is the fact Deybri believes with all her heart that she is a pokemon and follows around Jessilina like a lost puppy. Zora wants time with Deybri to herself but it always seems that Jess is right there, Deybri sitting close behind her. Zora never wanted to say anything about it, in case Zora burn Bris feelings, which is not what she wants to do. Zora believes that Deybri can be her own person, but just isn't and Ashe constantly blames Jessilina.
Jesselina| Friend that tagged along
Honestly Zora gets rather annoyed with Jessilina. Zora isn't quite sure why she even tagged along in the first place, or where she came from. Zora doesn't seem to trust Jessilina, and it also may be because she looks like one from team rocket. The fact she seems to use her sister as a pokemon and go along with it makes Zora even madder at Jessilina, not thinking its a good idea to encourage it. Zora all around avoids Jessilina and makes sure that no matter where they go Jessilina won't be wishing a 20 mile radius (unless their at home, she can't do anything about that.) Zora will usually ignore Jessilina, not wanting to pick a fight with her. Zora can have an attitude, however, and it tends to show with many eye rolls, faces and her body language. It doesn't take a genius to tell that Zora has a burning hate for her.
Gavin|Twin Brother
Zora loves her twin brother and although she wants to believe she's protecting him, she knows he's the one protecting her. Zora tends to get in trouble... And it happens quite a bit. No matter what happens, however, Zora knows Gavin has her back and she will have his. Rather than treating him like a sibling she treats him like a friend with much more respect. They may not always get along, but they always work it out. If they have a disagreement on something that isn't fatal or anything, Zora will simply challenge him to a pokemon battle. In a more serious situation she prefers to take over simply because she likes to be the leader. Unfortunately, this will sometimes lead to her own capture and requires Gavins rescue. When it comes to regular pokemon rescues, Zora tends to take the lead. She has a much gentler touch with pokemon then Gavin. The only thing that really makes Zora tick is when Gavin gets rather loud and scares the pokemon because of it. They have a great relationship, especially for being brother and sister, and Zora is thankful it's such a great relationship.
