this is a bit of a spin off the 'make + get' centers from the user challenges forums!
instead of you making characters, and I making one in return.
ill make a character off this adorable thread, and post it in the editable challenges forum!
users can make a character from the editable to try to win the one I made!
if you dont end up winning the character I made, you'd be welcome to let someone
else try to make a character to win yours, and let the chain continue!


these characters will never have to be paid for, they will always be 'make a character to get this character'
the only competition to these characters is to make a character I like the most to win the one I made
(so no normal closed species competitions!)

Since my likes/dislikes have proven to change every once and a while, each character I make will have their own blurb under them stating what kind of colors, character types, or concepts i've been interested in at the time the character was made!
But here are some examples of characters I like!

If youre not too keen on your lineart skills, but know you can design a pretty killer character,
feel free to use the dog/cat lineart provided! just dont remove the signature!

the character concept will not be replicated more then once unless it is listed here before being posted.

• all characters received through here should be considered free characters. however... users who won a character from me are welcome to resell the character they've won for up to the price for a custom character made by themselves.
  
• characters are welcome to be revamped, relined, have a species change, or be transferred into a closed/open/semi-open species.
• you are welcome to use custom lines! But you really dont have to! I like the lines I've offered as well! using the dog/cat lineart is 100% okay by me! I love the lineart and want to see cute designs on there too!
• there are a few closed species in this thread, however they will be clearly marked as such and are still able to be transferred out of the species. do not make your own of the closed species, they will only ever be available through this thread as adopts.
• users who do not win the character they are trying out for are welcome to sell, adopt out, or reuse the character they've made for a competition. you can even re-enter it into a different competition if you want! (make a cover for it under the new character atleast though!)
• while this is my idea, anyone is welcome to make a make-2-get thread! no need for permission (but if you want to link back i wouldnt complain! its not necessary though!)
• Do not reuse the lineart received from this adoption center, they are specifically a one-time character lineart. (does not include the pre-made dog/cat lineart)
• Do not use the pre-made dog/cat lineart out of this adoption center, this include making references for characters not meant to be entries for the competition, or making characters to adopt out instead of entering for the character. (this is not an editable!)
• Off-oekaki entries are welcome! but dont post them on the thread below the character, please atleast make a cover and post it there!
• users on my foe list will will be overlooked and will be treated as banned from all my adopts. A public list will not be given, however I'll never foe someone without clear reason and an informed dm to you!
• thank you for your interest! i'm always open to DMs and suggestions!
