[kitsugai]

Denes [duh-nays] are a small bat-mouse, inheriting the ears of a bat and the tail of a mouse. On average, they weigh about 8 oz (0.2 kg) and at most are 2 in (5 cm) in length, and come in a variety of colors. Denes have wings they use to hover, searching for food. Denes are herbivores and can eat almost any plant, but flowers are their favorite. They spend most of their days eating, sleeping, and playing.

- Try out for Denes
- Own as many Denes as you want
- Use Denes as your OCs (Read Usage Rules)

Don'ts
- Disrepsect anyone, for any reason
- Break any CS rules
- Break Usage/Trading/Gifting rules
- Spam
- Advertise (become an affiliate instead!)
- Post more than 1 try out for a Dene

- You own a Dene if you: win it's try-out, were traded/given it, or bred it
- You can use Denes you own as your OCs
- You can use Denes you own as sonas
- You can roleplay with Denes you own
- You can commission others to draw your Dene
- You cannot use other's Denes unless given explicit permission from the owner
- Link back to the original Dene when reposting pictures
- Do not link back to the main thread, the nursery, the archive, or your own profile

Trading rules
- You can trade a Dene after owning it for 2 weeks
- Contact the person you want to trade with via PM, linking the Dene(s) you're offering and the Dene(s) you want
- If the other person accepts, both parties must contact the original artist(s) of the Denes, requesting that ownership be transferred
- If one party fails to contact the artist(s), the trade may not continue until both parties request for ownership transfer
- Trades may be cancelled at anytime until ownership is transferred. If you wish to trade back after ownership transfer, you must request to trade again

Gifting rules
- You can gift a Dene at anytime
- You cannot ask people to gift you Denes
- Contact the original artist(s) of the Dene(s) and say that you want to gift a Dene

Artist: As an artist, you promise to at least post 2 fully colored adopts each month. You promise to let Dene owners use your designs in line with the Dene Usage Rules. You promise to take care of trades and gifts involving your adopts, provided the trading and gifting users follow the Trading and Gifting Rules. You promise have your adopt try-outs end and judged on a predetermined date.

Guest Artist: As a guest artist, you promise to post no more than 2 fully colored adopts each month. You promise to let Dene owners use your designs in line with the Dene Usage Rules. You promise to take care of trades and gifts involving your adopts, provided the trading and gifting users follow the Trading and Gifting Rules.
