About Feli
Feli [plural form of "Felus"] are cat-like creatures about two feet tall on average. Although their high level of intelligence is unique, they are most recognized for their tails. Flame-like in appearance, they flow and glow in vibrant colors. Despite being reminiscent to fire, their tails are harmless, and are silky and liquidy to the touch.

Adopting a Felus
You can adopt a felus by contest, raffle, customs, or breeding. Contests and raffles are held regularly above. Customs are for staff only. Breeding requires at least two already-adopted feli. More information about breeding can be found in the rules below!

Traits
▸ Common: Mane/hair edits, fur edits, eye edits, tail edits
▸ Uncommon: Teeth edits, mane/hair edits past shoulders, ear edits, heterochromia
▸ Rare: Albinism, glow/sparkles, marine edits [fins, gills, etc.], pupil edits, extra ears, munchkinism, mist/smoke tails
▸ Legendary: Wings, powers, extra limbs, missing limbs, extra heads, fire tails

No tail, solid tail

Rules

Basics
▸ You may own up to ten feli at once. This includes Feli kittens and customs.
▸ Because feli are a closed species, you may not create your own feli without special permission or a staff position.
▸ You may add accessories to your felus after adopting it, but only accessories. Accessories mean clothes, objects, and jewelry, only.

Trading and Gifting
▸ Ask for permission from a moderator before trading or gifting a felus, and after being given permission, inform an archivist. Until you have informed an archivist, the transaction is considered nonofficial.
▸ You may trade your felus for another felus, but you may not sell it for DeviantArt points, money, pets, any other adoptable species, or any other form of currency.
▸ You may only trade your felus after having owned it for two weeks. You may gift your felus at any point.

Breeding
▸ The genders of the feli do not influence breeding. Two male feli can breed, two females can breed, etc.
▸ You may only breed your felus after having owned it for four weeks. Saving the date your felus is adopted is recommended for his purpose.
▸ The nursery artist will decide the design for the kittens and the number of kittens unless special permission is given to the parents' owner/s.
▸ A maximum of four feli can breed at once, meaning four feli can make a single litter of kittens.
▸ Each felus may only breed three times. Whether they breed with the same felus each time is up to you.
▸ Each litter of feli may include a maximum of four kittens.
▸ Out-of-character breedings are allowed.
