Info about the 48 hr rule
If you want to know how long you have to wait till you can adopt again, check the last stuffling you adopted, and check when I awarded it to you. Count 2 days from that post and you will know when 2 days is
Anytime after this you can adopt again. Hope this makes things clearer.Reason you might not be getting a stuffling
Obviously so many people are posting and clearly haven't read the rules. Even if you think you have read them, read them again. The rules are subject to small alterations from time to time, it is up to you to check you know them. If you don't seem to be getting any stufflings, it might be because you have not read the rules.
