Hello everyone!
I'm so thrilled to see all the new settlers. cx

Us founders are pretty busy right now, but we're trying to get things set up in our free time. We have an opening event in planning, and hopefully it'll be set up real soon! We can't wait to officially welcome everyone to the island. In the mean time, we encourage you to think about your human character, and how you want your gameplay to go.

Will you be a farmer, going to market for Dyseldes and plowing crop for a living? A thieving rogue, mounting your trusty Boh Tot and tracking your way through the forests? How about a lord, hunting with your favorite Aquell and seeing your land worked and rented? Are you a new settler, or do you come from a long line of Datwon natives, descendant from the first ship? Your background is quite customizeable, and so is your future! Remember, too, your human character does not have to reflect you, make them whoever you want them to be, just so long as they fit the Datwon lore.

Signs dotted around the town point you towards the outer west edge. Following them down a quiet cobbled street the smell of hay and horse becomes more overwhelming. Horses neighing and stomping, men and women shouting grows louder as you make your last turn.

“Welcome ye to the horse sale. All down the street you will find stalls and hitches with horses. Take a gander, and look over each steed thoroughly. When one strikes your fancy be sure to place your bid in their raffle.”

The rules are simple. As you enter you are given 10 tokens to “bid” on each available horse. You may choose to bet as many tokens as you like on as many horses as you like. Mark each bid on the horse you are trying for. Each horse will be given to new owners via raffle. The more tokens you enter the higher your chances to win your desired equine. Thought keep in mind you may only win one horse.

This event will last one week. At the end of the event the horses will all be raffled off by rng and housed with their new owners. In order to claim your horse you must post a link to the stable that your horse will be going to. (These stables may be created anywhere you like but we just need to see an area that they will all be housed in some form or another. For example a forum post or outside site that you have with their information and such.)
