Aww, I am so sad to see these guys go. <3
JBDs have really helped me through alot, and were one of the first things I saw when I joined. I couldn't have wanted one more, and even though they closed I am still so happy that I managed to achieve 3 of them before the nursery closed. They have helped me so much not only with anatomy, but have prevent art block and helped me really develop my characters.
It is such a shame to see them go, and I have really grown attached to mine, however I know I will forever live my JBDs. As much as I wanted to breed I am glad I chose to take the relationship longer so I could develop my JBDS more, and therefore can love them more.

I don't usually do things like this, but, i figured I'd give it a shot regardlees.
I've been with this species since its origin, the simplicity and gorgeous designs, and the friends I had who introduced me to the community which was miniscule at the time.
My username was Silver Bullets then, I was just this tiny, shy person who admired the feats of art and design from the first artists here at JBD. I remember when I got elected guest artist, I only made one design I think, and he ended up being mine once the owner felt they had lost connection. I cherish him with all my heart.
I was then made a moderator under Hekomi, I think, and its been my longest standing moderating job.
I cannot say I performed miraculously, I was inexperienced, I was still learning, and like many people I made mistakes.

I only wish that I could have given more to the community. I want to apologize for that, for not being around or truely offering everything that I could have to help out (even after I was dropped from official staff). I want to apologize to Hiccup too, this species has gone on for so long, and suffered many rough patches which we were all responsible for in the long run.
I'm just sorry for the distress anything related to a pixilated species may have caused you.

Be that as it may, I can confidently say that JBD has been one of the few things that I have stuck with until the end. Though its been a long and hard time coming, I find some strange solace in seeing it finally put to rest.

It could be because I wasn't in the Chat for hours every day, but I thought this species was amazing and always so friendly and helpful; I couldn't believe it when the Main Adopts closed...now with the Nursery is closing, I will miss these guys terribly! I am keeping all of my wonderful babies(as Beans) <3
I was never overly involved, and preferred just lurking in the shadows but this has been my favorite community since I first found them; I'm sorry to see them go, and while I don't know/understand the reason(s) I respect them. Farewell all, I look forward to the "bang" these guys are going out with ^^
