What Are Felires?
Felires are a species of cat-like mammals that have gems growing from them. They are believed to be telepathic- able to read emotions and thoughts- and are being discovered as one of the best companion animals, especially for young children, or the sick and injured. They are very smart, and have proven to be able to learn how to write and communicate with others around them.

Nope! No previous Felires will need to be changed, as the rule was not in effect when they were purchased/created.

yes, you may!
All V.1 MYOs/Customs are allowed up to rare traits.
