I’m using this post as place for me to put all the small things im proud of.
The small things that made me smile.
I got a monster today (a type of energy drink) and I got the whole tab off first try!
My and my dog made up a new game.
He barks or howls and I have to try and do it louder and vice versa. It was a lot of fun especially because hes a very vocal dog and loves these kinda games, and it brought a smile to my face.
I taught both my dogs a new trick.
Its like touch but instead of them touching my flat hand with there nose, its my fist. I basically taught them how to fist bump. It was super simple and easy but fun to learn.
Im getting ice cream!
I ate a full meal, for the first time in weeks! Someone told me to try new things, so I could find things that didn’t remind me of her. Its pretty hard because I associate everything nice with her. But I tried a new meal and it felt nice!

I thought it was getting easier.
Better.
But everything came crashing down.
All my work.
All the happiness.
I dont know why.
I dont want this.
I dont want this pain.

at rock bottom mentally right now. my roommate who i thought was my friend kicked me out with barely any warning and now my only option is to move back in with my hoarder mom

A cat got hit outside my house. My partner rushed him to the vet but he didn't make it. I've been crying hugging my own cat. I knew this cat had to be someone's and not a stray because he had the most clean, soft fur and he was filled out and a healthy weight. He was a ginger tom cat and even though he was short haired his fur was thick and plush. The vets said they would keep him in case his owner came looking for him. Just so sad. I wanted him to live. I would have put up signs. I named him Ginger because I wanted to call him something to know he was loved. I hope you are playing with my childhood cat, George, over the rainbow bridge <3

the block button is not enough i feel so unsafe i thought this ended months ago but the fear is just as bad now as it was on day one why do you keep coming back ehy do you keep coming back why do you keep coming back why do you keep coming back god please why cant you just leave me alone i cant start living in fear again it's been nearly half a year what do you want from me

Its been hard relearning how to take care of myself. My break up happened at the worst possible time. But I’ve eaten a full meal today! I started rewatching a show that used to make me really happy and ive been trying to take care of my body.
