Awe, hun. I've found that when I get really anxious or scared, it helps me to find something to keep my mind busy. Reading and writing are good, because they let me stop focusing on my life for a while. Maybe do a puzzle or something? I dunno, but keeping your mind moving in other ways gives you less time and energy to worry.
