I think after a certain amount of time has passed and there's no contact from the host an admin can be contacted.

this contest is over and entries arent being taken anymore. i didn't personally have a entry in buut at this point a admin should be contacted. not many people entered this shouldn't be taking so long and quite frankly id like for this to stop popping up in my recent post notifs. if someone hasnt pmed a admin yet i suggest it be done now.
