Delta Velorum Foxes (Delta Foxes or DVF for short) are large vulpes like creatures living on the planet Delta Velorum. They live in a variety of biomes depending on where the clan is located - anywhere from southern lush forests to steep cliffs to the north. They are known to live in just about any place on Delta Velorum, but consider the deserts as a sacred place and never step foot into there. Delta Foxes can come in any natural color and come in a variety of shades and patterns. Their eyes can be any known color - both natural and unnatural. This species has been open since August 9th, 2014.

Alrighty, guys, I totally should've done this before, but I figured that I should start getting more involved with the DVF community C:
(As well as develop out all of my DVFs a bit more Dx )
None of my foxes are currently in a clan, although I do plan on reading up on the clans and ranks and getting each of my foxes sorted into a clan after I return form my upcoming vacation C:

I currently own seven DVFs, and I'm looking for art and roleplays for all of them!
All of them, except for Shya and her two pups, are also looking for mates C:

So I guess I'll introduce them really quickly? Cx

Elek is a little goofball. He's siblings with this lovely lady and was my
first DVF. Going more in-depth with his personality, Elek
is incredibly protective over his family and friends. He's a bit of a collector,
and has a habit of collecting oddly shaped stones, leaves or flowers.
Elek's super into nature and for some reason, is obsessed with lakes.
He is straight and is currently in search of a mate, and I am looking for both
art and roleplays for him!

Shya is my headstrong little lovely. She's mates with Nikephoros and currently has four beautiful children. She's quite stubborn and will always fight for what she believes in. Shya is incredibly intelligent and learns quickly, although when it comes to mannerisms and social matters, Shya has a bit of trouble telling when she's being rude or upsetting someone.

Summer is incredibly social and Summer spends far more of her time than she can spare working with charities. She's always keeping busy, as when she's bored or alone she tends to get extremely anxious. Summer likes to always be moving about or doing something useful.

Ray is my little optimist. Regardless of how terrible the situation seems, Ray always manages to find the bright side of things. While he is a generally kind and optimistic fox, Ray is consistently overestimating his physical abilities - leading to several lost fights on his side in addition to quite a few injuries. I recently put in an aging request for him, so he'll be an adult soon C:

Dia is, without a doubt, one of my favorite DVFs and possibly one of my favorite characters. She's my runner up prize for #100, and I utterly adore her. She's a bit bullheaded at times (she calls it strong willed) and is incredibly kind and empathetic - even after that empathy has hurt her many times. While she is stubborn, Dia does get downtrodden and frustrated quickly, but she'll never give up.
Dia is straight and is currently in search of a mate, and I am looking for both
art and roleplays for her! I will be picky when choosing her mate, however C;

Chance is my little sweetheart. She's witty and sarcastic, and her escape from emotional tension is humor. She's snappy and sassy, but a really kind girl at heart. She's the DVF who will pick flowers for the elderly, who would give her toy to someone who's ill. Whenever she gets nervous or notices that someone is upset, she'll always do her best to make them laugh.

Rue is a little sleepyhead. She's a bit lazy, but, overall, she just loves to sleep. She's a very calm and collected DVF who just likes to relax. She's Chance's sibling, and, while she loves her sister, the two couldn't be more different.

I haven't been with you all for every long but I will be around till the end of times < 3





This is Nikephoros he is my first DVF and I love him dearly. He is mates with the lovely Shya, boy is he afraid of her. (LOL) They have four lovely girls and Nike will do anything for them. He loves his girls (all five of them) very much and would never let anyone hurt them. This boy may be a overly protective todd but don't let him fool you he has a solfed side to that hard shell. He also hides a few things but for good reasons.



This little girl is Sakurako, my cherry blossom child. She is the oldest of the four kits. She can be like both mother and father in one. The fact she knows she has both mother and father to watch over her and her sister makes her happy. She isn't really one to pick a fight and would rather run than fight. She can be very blunt not even knowing she hurts someones feelings.
She is still (becomeing) I have yet to figuer out how I want this girl to (play out)



This is Youko, my sunlight child or ocean child if you will. Youko is far from being the same as the others. For starters she is the smallest one out of the litter, also known as the runt... Her name is well fitted to her. This little lady love to be outside there is no getting her inside playing games or hideing in her room. On the other hand she knows just about anything and everything about water,lakes, the sea, and anything to deal with water. She is like a book on paws when it comes to that. All an all she is very shy when it comes to new people.
She is still (becomeing) I have yet to figuer out how I want this girl to (play out)

Ajax is under a few fixes

This is Ajax my little warrior boy. He is very bold and strong. He refues to follow anyone who isn't his "master". He is a friend to Nike and watches over Nike's kits when he isn't around. Skya doesn't know he is there half the time due to him hideing in trees and in underbrush. Ajax may be a watcher and "helper" to Nike but in Ajax's mind he hates Nike. He thinks that a family will hold you down and you can't be a "free bird". That being said Ajax is a vixen chaser he loves them all but will never mate or become "tied down".


I am looking for art for all of my foxes, together or not. Maybe looking for role-plays for them to.

Ahhh, I've been so inactive around here qoq I promise I haven't forgotten - I have got an adopt or two ready for when I have the time to release them, and I hope to get more active within the community! I blame school

But ye! I missed it but happy belated birthday to DVF's - we may be a small community, but the species itself has come far, and I know for sure I can't wait to see it grow more c:

i might as well look for some mates for my dvf's! Right now I'm not that interested in roleplaying, but if it is required I can do it! I would rather for these to be art and headcanon ships though cx

Serenity is a very kind and friendly fox, nearly the exact opposite of her 'friend' Simba. She loves to meet new foxes and to make new friends - if they are clan foxes or not. She is usually the one to get the 'nice side' out of those who aren't so nice, and she never backs down from a so-called 'challenge'. She is often the one to go out of her way to help others, even strangers that she caught only one glance of, and even if they don't really want her help. She is always calm, and will always try to sort things and disputes through words instead of claws or teeth - she was never really the violent one. She also has the common sense of survival, and has a lot of tips and such to help others who may be struggling.

Well, U'ilani is not the nicest of DVF's. She can actually be a bit harsh and cold, especially towards those she doesn't know. Of course, she can be a bit nice sometimes - once she gets to know you, and she can help out. She is a strong, independent DVF, and does not take no for an answer. Most of the time she doesn't really like to be in the company of others,mans she hates places that have more DVF's then she is comfortable with. But despite this she takes it upon herself to help others who are in trouble and in need - she would fight for them, and if she had to she would very well risk her own life to save someone, if the cause was good enough.
Once you get to know her, she can still be a bit cold at times, but then she becomes nicer towards you, more friendly and will probably want you around more so then she would with strangers. She would become a lot more loyal towards you, and would stand by your side and stand up for you, no matter what choice you make, even if she didn't agree on it. Even then, she might not listen to whoever is her friend, and might go a bit too far with being loyal, although this doesn't happen since she tends not to get that close with others.

Note I will be picky with this girl, and would actually prefer rping if anything for her.

Hunter is...well, not as bad as his name may make him sound. Most may think that due to his name, he is mean and is not afraid to get into a fight, but he is the opposite of that, really. He is a goofy, fun-loving and loyal fox. He is almost like what he is - a dog is too brave and loyal, and Hunter takes that place. He cares for friends and others a lot, and hates to see anyone get hurt. He will quickly jump to someones defense, even if he doesn't know them which sometimes leads to his defeat. Not that he cares - as long as the other fox is safe and unharmed, his goal is complete. Besides this, it is often he will try to calm fights with words before tooth and claw, as he believes violence is not the answer to everything. He will always think before doing to avoid hurting anyone or their feelings, and will generally make sure that everyone else is alright before checking himself after something has happened. He is a thoughtful thinker and a good listener, and he is always there if you wish to have someone to talk to - if it be need that you need to vent or just talk, he will always be there for anyone.

Hazard, to say for short, is not someone that you would want to mess with. He is cold and harsh, dangerous and a threat to almost anyone who crosses his path. It is easy to rile him up, and to get him into some sort of fight - usually with tooth and claw. He doesn't take no for an answer and does not take nicely to those who try to order him around/tell him what to do. Hazard also despises getting help for anything, and will attempt to do everything by himself, for himself, and will not go and help anyone is he has a choice. Of course, in the eyes of the real world he would just be considered as a coward, hiding it all in anger.
He acts tough and certainly has the aura of being tough, but he isn't really. He only has the strength of the kit on the inside - which is why he got all his scars, he wasn't able to defend himself properly. He knows he is weak, and more hatred for everyone grew as others would point it out - it was all too much for him, and he resorted to being cold, mean and angry at everything and everyone. If someone who annoys him so much as moves with him around, he'll attack, if anyone comes too close, he attacks, although he never does that much damage.
Once he was just a young kit - as much as any other, playful and for once, nice. He had a great live, loving parents and playful siblings. But he was the runt, and his siblings being too rough caused him to turn out like this, they had started e teasing, and even when he ran their teases and calls carried in the wind. They drove him a little insane, and although he is take of that now, he can let it show from time to time when he needs to. He never lets others get too close, scared of angry that they will try to change him, try to understand him. But he doesn't want them to understand - he just wants to be left alone.

Noodle is more of a tomboyish fox, not minding if her paws get dirty and not minding about her fur. She takes no mind to appearance, and would rather roll in mud then have clean fur. She loves to mess others up and get them annoyed, and is generally a very playful fox. It is easy for her to make friends, but maybe that is one of her weaknesses. She doesn't tend to stand up for herself, despite this, as she doesn't really have a sense of what is right and what is wrong. She finds her PKS as an excuse for being as rough as she is, and she never wants to take responsibility of anything.

Note I'll be really picky with her, and would prefer if it was another PKS fox cx
