For my skills 21 class, I'm writing a fanfiction of Germany borrowing my OCs plane then giving it to newzealand then it crashed.

Fanfiction is allowed, right? So, then, using the characters for a class assignment would be okay, as well, so long as you do not claim them as your own (give proper credit to the original owner of the characters) or sell the story. Though, I would not take my word for it. I am more than sure it is fine, but you should probably look it up just to make sure c:

Or, just to be on the safe side, then you could maybe make your own characters? Like, for example, make your own personification of Germany and New Zealand? xp
