There is indeed an official set of 'extinctquids/dinoquids' that I did, you're correct nikki. There is the liopleurodon, composognathus, dodo, allosaurus, quagga, carcharodontosaurus and the scimitar cat.

I might have missed one during my search back for them, but yeah, any other equids aren't officially dinoquids/extinctquids.

I think Charlie was being called a dinoquid just because of his looks before the actual dinoquids came out, so that's why there was some confusion. (Still love that quaggaquid <3)
