I have also really enjoyed Syra's Tufted Titmouse Tournament, I think similar competitions over a week where you have to think about something different every day would be nice.

Yeah I personally prefer shorter comps because I'm really intimidated with Impress Mes, but on the other end of the scale I really enjoy what CS users come up with!
