You can search image resizer on google and shrink one down to 100 x 100 c:

Yes that is the easiest way. Or you can find a high quality photo and crop either his face or more if you'd like, but the crop has to be the same number of pixels squared or close if you have an editing program that will keep the same ratio when scaling images. For example 500x500 or 555x555. Then you scale the image down to 100x100 pixels. I'm good with editing if you wanted a particular photo made into an avatar of Taetae. Let me know if you would like me to make you one. Same for anyone else, I don't mind feel free to pm me.
