For folks who give tricks - what's you're reasoning? This is purely a curiosity thing (I haven't given a trick yet, and I'm not sure if I will): I've run across one person who did it to get you to follow a plot/path sort of thing (can't wait to revisit them, I'm excited to see how the "choose your own adventure" style plays out!) but I know there are people who do it for a variety of reasons

I mainly trick if I have no wishlist pets/items and can’t find anything in their trades about what they like. I also tricked someone once because it took me literal days to figure out how to respond to them and I needed to get to everyone else in line.

This seems so cute! I'll have to figure this game out, I've never played before!

Oh, yeah, it's super fun. I think (??) this is my 2nd year playing and I'm having a blast. seeing the costumes everyone makes is my favorite part since that's primarily what i likes to do on here now that I'm older and too busy working to actively trade anymore.

Featured Users



Featured Users is a way for users to get noticed when they have their lights on. We will occasionally go through the list of users and randomly pick out 10 who have their lights on and post those 10 in a Featured Users.

You will still need to check the lights status of the users! Don't send them messages unless their lights are on. Their lights may be on at the time I post the list, but they may change their status before you see it, so always check.

Additionally, please do not quote/repost this if you are commenting on it.

usually i give tricks for one of these reasons:
>didnt find the costume/story interesting
>person came back more than 2 times
>not in the mood to send out a bunch of trades [this one is the number 1 reason for my tricks tbh LOL]
>wishlist is all rares
>above and requires wl only

n e ways haaii.. ive been procrastionating[? idk how 2 spell] buut finally got to my messages.. yay! think ill take a nap and see if i get any more later :3

I think it just get gets overwhelming when you turn on your lights and get a ton of messages! however, leaving your lights on all the time actually kinda plateaus eventually, if that makes sense. at least that's my personal experience. and it's definitely influenced by the fact i don't allow revisits, lol!
