ahh i haven't played LOLO in several years now since i just never was able to keep consistent interest in the site for over a week at a time but i'm really excited to be doing it once again! i'm definitely too old to enjoy halloween offline so it feels somewhat exciting and like a treat itself to do this here! everybody is super creative & kind, i love seeing people who have very long and elaborate story responses. super neat!

i'm also a bit too old to trick or treat offline myself, and i've honestly really missed it. i mean, i'm often mistaken for a lot younger than i am, so theoretically.... eh, probably not. probably best to just do LOLO xD

This is my first time playing and man is it confusing to me, but in the rare moment I do understand, this is all so fun!! I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and decided to play this year.

I'm always amazed when people choose an uncommon/difficult lineart and make it work. Putting a dinosaur costume on a Tess guinea pig would've never occurred to me.

My favourite part of LOLO are the stories, most definitely! Everyone is so creative!
I love it when people include a story with their treats/tricks!
And I'm always overjoyed when someone goes the extra mile and tailors it to my trick-or-treater! You know who you are and you should know that you're awesome! <3

On the flip side: I'm so slow at responding to Trick-or-Treat PMs and at accepting treats, because a lot of the time I end up changing my standardized messages to reflect what they wrote - and I'm a slow writer

I just sent mine in! I can’t wait to play! I’m using my dragon I named after my favorite character from badbatch 😂 I have the full group but I thought it’d be silly to dress up the pet named after my favorite one due to I think that if these characters were real he’d be the least interested in taking part of this silly tradition so I used him to have a laugh while playing

I filled the form out yesterday and am itching to get approved and start playing lol
Every year I forgot to join early and regret it!

I've used the same story for a few years now because I feel like I used to be really creative back when I did a lot of roleplaying and stuff, now all my writing is academic and I feel like I have no creativity left. I tried to create a new story for this year, I think I still like my old one more, but I bet people recognize it now haha.
