let's say you win a re-adoption in the nursery, can you potentially breed the viscet you won with another viscet without the original owner's consent?
Can you create stories about how an OOC breeding happened (say, by an accident or other reasons) or would that have to be an OC breeding then? (What I mean is, how exactly is OOC and OC classified?)

Also, for your questions. Once you win a re-adopt the ownership is turned over to you. You may breed your new viscet as you see fit.
As far as OOC works, typically neither parent has any knowledge of the child. It is like nothing ever happened in your viscets history. Typically OOC breedings have a story of their own, however, you can also say that a parent from the breeding 'adopted' the child, story wise. As for IC, this means both parents know about the pairing (Unless you are Tens Ammy, of course, then you remain clueless the whole time xD) IC deals with story, mostly. So whether both parents wanted/kept the child, the child was conceived by them, story wise. Usually, though, IC is both, or at least one, parent keeping the child.
Basically to simplify it. OOC the viscets have no knowledge of the breeding/child. IC they know of the breeding/child.

hey guys, I'm back. incredibly under the weather today — I dropped general hux. off at the airport and I just want to curl up and cry. i don't have any replies for individual people but i really want to compliment your group picture, mint chip. that is some fierce dedication and it looks absolutely amazing. fantastic job. i'd also like to say congratulations to those who have new viscets. that's always such a nice feeling whether they are won or created by means of a myo. also, commandant, i deeply apologise for not getting you the art i owe in the time frame that i said i would. don't worry though, you will be getting it soon.

kylo, james, roman, and monique have really close relationships with general hux.'s armitage, molly, peter, and hannibal. everette is best friends with razors' aki, madigan and _Alex_'s chan are in some sort of destructive relationship lmao.

Your viscet has been brought to a party and promptly ditched. They don't have a ride back home. How does this work? How comfortable are they around all of these strangers? Do they interact?
not doing all of my viscets for some or all of these:
kylo — he would brood alone in the corner with armitage.
madigan — he would play it off as though he wasn't ditched. he probably wouldn't be comfortable but he would act cool.
roman — he would take over and act like it was his own party.
fitz — this little baby is rarely uncomfortable in any situation and would just make the best of it.
richard — he would most definitely curl up in a quiet area and cry until someone came for him.
easton-jade — she'd be fuming and would find any possible way to get to the person who ditched her and more than likely backhand them into next week.
monique — she would be the furthest thing from comfortable, but she would find a way to get over it. or maybe find someone she knew in order to get a different ride home.

What subjects are likely to make your vIscet hesitate/flush/stumble on their words?
kylo — even though he has a mate, any talk of romance makes him stumble on his words.
madigan — anytime someone mentions anything he's done wrong, he gets extremely frazzled.
richard — practically any subject. it isn't hard to catch richard off guard.
easton-jade — there's a certain club owner zain that makes her cheeks flush whenever he's mentioned.
monique — anything negative that has to do with her best friend, Hannibal.
jill — if the experimentation is mentioned, jill hesitates.

What happens when your viscet doesn't get what they want?
tyramet — he always gets what he wants tbh.
james — ... he also always gets what he wants.
kylo — it depends on his mood. he either accepts it or has a tantrum.
madigan — sobs uncontrollably for five minutes before throwing a very angry tantrum.
roman — definitely throws a tantrum.
fitz — he just accepts it. you can't always get what you want in life.
richard — cries for an hour before forgetting about it.
easton-jade — festers in silent anger for a few minutes before forgetting about it.
everette — she just accepts it.
sebastian — she either shrugs it off or gets really mad depending what it is lmao
monique — depending on what it is, she'll either shrug it off or get really sad.
jill — she just gets really anxious.

tyramet — if he wants something. he's a charmer so he gives plenty of compliments. yes, he's comfortable doing so.
james — only to his beloved. he grooms her and nuzzles her a lot. he is comfortable doing so.
kylo — kylo shows affection by being silly and annoying. he constantly ruffles armi's mane and crawls on him when he's trying to sleep. he is comfortable with the sort of affection that doesn't make him feel vulnerable.
madigan — madigan only expresses affection when he wants something and that's normally only a few minutes of cuddling. he isn't comfortable doing this.
roman — roman is incredibly passionate and romantic, surprisingly. he plays around a lot, but he loves cuddling and nuzzling. he's incredibly comfortable doing so.
fitz — fitz loves showing his affection. he gives a lot of kisses and hugs, and always gives compliments.
richard — richard isn't comfortable showing affection, but he loves receiving any sort of affection.
easton-jade — she won't show affection to just anyone. when she finds her mate, she's confident that she will always be petting and nuzzling them.
everette — everette shows affection by accepting the viscet into her life. she isn't very physical and she definitely doesn't talk a lot, so just allowing someone to be her friend is her way of showing affection.
sebastian — sebastian is incredibly uncomfortable with showing or receiving any type of affection.
monique — monique is definitely a lover and thoroughly enjoys nuzzling, cuddling, kissing, hugging, and sharing compliments.

aight so this is the most miserable day ever so no replies rn and i'm sorry for that but. y'know.
i just need a distraction rn. i can never have enough time with my soulmate -- not only have i left him again, but i'm

first of all i want to introduce the newest addition to my pack! kylo ren.'s Kylo and my Armitage's
handsome son, Mylo! he's so handsome, i literally can NOT get over it at all. he's a very good mix of
his parents, not only in design but in personality as well. he's snarky and sarcastic-- a spoiled rotten
prince and he knows it as well. he believes that everything should be delivered to him on a silver
platter, and he doesn't accept anything short of perfection. he's over emotional and often times will
lash out and have a tantrum if something doesn't go his way. altho despite his wild emotions, he is
very intelligent and a wonderful strategist. he takes after Papa (Kylo) in all things aside from his
desire to rule everything-- this he has inherited from Father (Armitage)

destiny | she's comfortable no matter where she is-- she interacts and has her own fun!
hannibal | he's not the party-goer type but he would get on just fine on his own. he demands
the attention of the room without being obvious about it-- he interacts and probably takes over the party.
jack | tbh he'd get kicked out-- he'd get really anger and violent prolly

mind you, she's naturally very bashful and easily embarrassed.
peter | he's generally very cool about most everything, but when Roman is overly affectionate
he can get a little shy about the actions.
sherlock | when someone outwits him, the male gets incredible embarrassed and "short circuits".
armitage | when something doesn't go his way and he gets flustered, Armi stutters over his words.
the stuttering embarrasses him further, and he often shuts down shortly after.
zain | honestly, he's really unabashed LOL nothing really embarrasses him
destiny | the typical-- when she makes mistakes, she can get frazzled and panicky
hannibal | foul language and obscene behaviour makes the poised male clutch invisible pearls. scandal!
jack | any mention of experimentation or baskerville throws him into a frenzy
mylo | tbh just about anything can rub him the wrong way depending on his mood. he stutters often.

molly | nothing at all. you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes you get what you need ~
peter | he's used to it-- it doesn't phase him really.
sherlock | he can get cranky, depending on what it is he wants.
armitage | grump alert.
zain | try, try, try, try, try, try, tRY AGAIN
destiny | it doesn't phase her much at all. she's used to it.
hannibal | he begs your pardon-- Hannibal always gets what he wants.
jack | they get it in the end, even if it takes violent measures.

destiny | she has some trouble, but is very true to herself.

jack | see above. he has NO problem telling everyone off.

molly | oooohhhhh my god she loves affection! she showers her mate in affection always! she's
comfortable doing so when it's someone she's comfortable with. kisses and nuzzles are her fav ever
peter | he loves nuzzling up to Roman and snoozing the day away. he's very comfortable
with showing his affections.
sherlock | he is incredibly uncomfortable with it. he'll be affectionate if it benefits him
in some way, but that's literally the only time.
armitage | he never got enough love as a viscling to know how wonderful it feels to be in an
affectionate relationship with someone-- he tries to be snuggly, but he's still a little awkward doing it. it is
getting easier for him now that he has a son to care for, as well as his mate!
zain | depending on his mood he's really comfortable with being affectionate and snuggly, or
he's really uncomfortable and would prefer not to be touched.
destiny | she LOVES snuggles and cuddles! she's v comfortable with it.
hannibal | he can feign affection with others, but the only one he is truly comfortable
sharing his affections with is his best friend Monique. lots of gentle touches and adoring eye contact.

That is a no. You HAVE to have consent, and show proof of that consent. OOC = Out of character, meaning the visects in question really don't have any connection to the baby. THOUGH you can can change that to an OC breeding. Raa's breedings are all OC cause she wants lotsa babies but dosen't want to raise them all so she makes sure their daddy's take care of them XD
