So I previously only had one story. I had only intended to have one trick or treater this year for the event. I have been enjoying the fun of receiving treats, but I loved giving out treats to others. I believe in doing good deeds and making others happy. During the event, I was very surprised as someone gave me a pet that I have been wanting since I first seen it on here. It reminds me of a cat I once had, her name was Sugar, but I often called her my Sugar Cookie because she was the sweetest little thing. I had her for 17 years and she passed away from cancer. I'm pretty sure that the person who gave me this little "Treat" doesn't quite understand the impact that this gift meant to me. It brought back a bit of sadness, but also a warm feeling that made me even more happy to be a part of a loving and caring group of people. Because of this little "treat" I decided to make her a part of the event as well because I felt she deserved the spotlight for a little while. The selflessness that has been presented not only by this gift, but by many other gifts that I have received have made my time on here so memorable. I can't thank you enough for all that have given me gifts. I will continue to try to give out gifts for the next couple days, but I will be a bit busy. Some of you may not receive a reply until after Halloween, but I will not forget and will do my best to keep track of everything. Thank you again to everyone who has been participating and taking the time to read the stories, write out replies, and give out these little tricks and treats to everyone involved. Here's the little "Treat" I received and her story.

Story:
Maya had stopped by a few houses on her way trick or treating. She had gotten so many treats this year and she was elated to be able to go on her own for the first time. On her way from one house in particular though, she felt her bag move about a bit. She stopped on the sidewalk and sat the bag down on the ground. She stared at it for a moment and the bag moved around once again. This time, Maya's curiosity had peaked and she slowly tipped the bag to its side. A small white cat tumbled from the bag and plopped on the ground. The cat stared wide eyed at Maya before smiling at her. Maya looked to the little cat. "Hello, I'm Maya" she stated to the little cat. Maya watched the cat carefully, not entirely sure of what to make of the situation. The small cat grinned widely at Maya and started gathering different items from Maya's bag of treats. Maya giggled, watching as the little white cat scrambled to put on random items on its body. Maya tilted her head side ways. "Do you want a costume too" she said softly to the little cat "because I have extra stuff at my house that you could use". The little cat excitedly hopped up and clung to Maya's costume. "I'll take that as a yes" Maya stated with a giggle.
Maya picked up her bag of treats and began putting them back into her bag. The little cat continued to cling to Maya's costume as she picked up her bag and headed back to her house. As she reached the house, which was thankfully close by, the little cat jumped from Maya's shoulder and went rushing behind the house. Maya giggled as she watched the little cat begin gathering pieced of a cardboard box. "I guess we are making a costume then" she stated to the little cat as she helped it pick up the cardboard. Maya and the little cat began cutting out different shaped of cardboard and painted them all black. The little cat began putting different colored glitter and iridescent ribbons on each of the pieces. Before long, a costume was created. A different looking costume, but a costume none the less. Maybe it was a rock statue? Maybe it was a Crystal cryptid? Maybe it was something entirely different, but whatever it was, it was cute and it was fun to make.
Maya looked the little cat up and down. "I know just what you need." Maya stated before going into the house. Moments later, Maya came out of the house with a brightly colored wig. "This should go well with your....ummm...costume." Maya placed the wig on the little cat's head and smiled at her. "And I brought this too" Maya holds up some mascara and makeup. " and it will surely tie the whole outfit together." Maya finished the final touches on the little cat's costume and makeup. Feeling proud of her work, Maya grinned ear to ear. "You look absolutely adorable" she stated. The little cat grinned back at Maya. "Rock fairy." little cat stated. Maya looked at the little cat confused. "You can talk? I didn't think you talked at all." Maya continued to look at the little cat and shook her head. "I was way off with what your costume was if you are a rock fairy." The little cat smirked back at Maya. "A rock fairy and your new best friend." Maya grinned "I think you may be right but we better hurry and get you out to get some treats and maybe some tricks before the night is over." The little cat quickly picked up a bag that looked to be handmade with a smile on the front of it and began walking towards the sidewalk. Maya followed suit as she was going to have to get back out into the night as well to finish up her trick or treating journey.
"Do you have a name?" Maya asked the little cat. "Sugar Cookie" the little cat replied. Maya nodded. "I think I will go ahead of you and trick or treat at the houses first and then you can go after me" Maya stated, "that way you won't be far behind and get lost." Sugar Cookie nodded at Maya and followed behind her. "I'll even take you to the houses that I have already been to, and I'll just wait for you at the end of the sidewalk." Maya said happily as she continued to walk, as they had now reached the sidewalk and were well on their way to the first house. As they approached the first house, Maya stopped a few feet from the house. "I'll be here if you need any help" Maya told Sugar Cookie. Sugar Cookie nodded before scampering towards the house.
Sugar Cookie made her way towards the door of the house with her treat bag in hand. She was so excited to be here, to be with her new best friend, to be going out to get treats, and to be meeting new people. Nothing was going to deter Sugar Cookie from having a good Halloween. She inched closer and closer towards the house, careful not to knock over any decorations that were along the sidewalks. "Trick or hopefully a treat" she softly mewed as she took her paw and tapped on the door.
