hey everyone! just in here for a lil announcement <3

before that though! I love everyones responses to these questions!! I particularly am enjoying you guys spreading the love for everyone elses buttermilks!! such a throwback too to see all these older kiddos! <3
I'd also like to welcome our staff as well, artists and archivists alike! when you see them around, be sure to give them a hello! <3 I'm sure they will all be giving their introductions in due time, and in the meanwhile we'll be keeping a close eye on those artist entries! I loooove seeing everyones creativity <3 I can't wait to have some of you be joining us in our little staff squad!

now onto the actual announcement-
with some hard work on our main archivist dimi.'s part, our main archive is now completed! however, there are some buttermilks who were never named, or buttermilks who's ownership changed due to trades, giftings, or the like! so, when you have the time, take a look at the archive to make sure all your cows are accounted for properly and that links work! (it also would be greatly helpful to let people who aren't active on the fanclub know to check their kids as well!)

if there are any inaccuracies, please contact dimi. to have corrections be made! (discord is the best option for them, as cs may take a while!)

as well, we now have functional barn and nursery archives due to the thanks of vivere! and cujo.!

@kn!ght - i love all of the artist entries too! there’s so much talent; i’m really excited to see some more artists join the team. dimi did amazing on the archive! i didn’t look for too long, but i’m pretty sure all of my butters are accounted for.
@dimi - welcome to the fanclub and congrats on becoming butter staff!! i’m glad you like my gal fleur, i love her as well! i’ve been updating her personality for the past few days and trying to work out kinks ;; anyway, i would wish you luck getting your first butter, but i think that you just did. grace is a real cutie! you definitely deserve her with how glittery and new the archive looks!
@iridize - congrats on your first butter and your new position!! i checked out your entries, and let me just say that you’re definitely qualified to be an artist haha. i’m glad indira made her way from artist entry to actual heifer! she’s my favorite of your entries, what a darling design! <3

now some good news for me - i believe i just got a new butter! she’s still awaiting her collar, but i’ll introduce her once she gets it!

@sillybob101 - nah, it’s not weird at all! i was trying to make time all day yesterday to answer your questions, but the task got delegated to today :’)

If your buttermilk could turn into any other animal, which animal would they turn into and why?
fleur quite enjoys being a cow, but if she could choose anything, she’d want to be a cat. she’s a fairly solitary cow and prefers to enjoy the company of only a few close friends. the lifestyle of a cat is also easier, although not much more so than a cow’s. additionally, she feels that her personality is somewhat in tune with that of the average cat, as odd as that sounds haha

What is your buttermilks favorite thing to do in their free time?
fleur isn’t one to have any out-there hobbies; she often can be found grazing, napping, or lazing around the field. if she had the choice to spend her time doing anything in the world, she most likely would be observing and interacting with the barn pets.

Hello everyone, I have been accepted as a guest artist starting on the 12th and I am super excited to start making some pretty buttermilks for everyone. I used to be a guest artist (maybe a main artist i cant remember) on the previous version of buttermilks and I am completely in love with these guys XD

Hey everyone :3
I just won my first Buttermilk, and I wanted to introduce her to you. And myself probably aswell ;3

So this is Molly. She is not only a Buttermilk to me, she is some kind of a therapie? Guess I need to tell you… I am very afraid of cows… that is probably even a phobia. So I decided to adopt a cow. A Buttermilk to be more precise, because how can someone be afraid of something that cute? Maybe it will help me to get over my phobia when I try to draw her and develope her.
I will actually build my barn around the topic aswell. Just unsure if I use a character I already have and give her a cow phobia aswell. And then she buys that little farm, with this sweet Buttermilk... Ah well, still need to think about that. Guess I didn't expect to win the first Buttermilk I try on? Still so happy with her <3
Just a little more info on me. I do tend to call all my cows Molly... If I ever adopt a second Buttermilk, I will have a naming problem xD
