Is a Palomino Dracquid legal? Working on a rough idea for the design.

As long as you were to do the 800 full body images, you shouldn't have any problem with a Palomino Draquid - since the palomino base coat is not something rare/special/event related. If anyone knows otherwise, feel free to correct me though!

I'm not sure where to ask this, (the main thread seems to be for forms only?), but in the rules for the 300 Challenge, it says we must make a lineart? Is that required? I cannot do digital art for my life, but I might be able to manage 300 unique traditional pieces, as summer is coming/I have no life/there is no time limit. So, is that acceptable for me to do?

But take it from someone who did the 200 traditionally, it is insane. xD

My goal is 300, so anyone who wants to get FREE colour ins, male and female! Will get one! I have been working long and hard and the lines are some of my best work! I will upload them as soon as I get home (flying home tomorrow) and get to colouring!
