Hello everyone! I've been stalking fables for a little while but I was finally able to get my hands on one of these precious bbs <33
I was so fortunate to snag one of Kett's non-owner custom slots and I couldn't adore this design moreee they turned out so good! I'm legit still in disbelief that this is my fable ahaha

Meet Cypress! I'm really looking forward to developing them more,, and perhaps getting them some frens! I have a couple ideas but im not sure what's going to stick lol

Hi everyone! I'm so happy and pleased to say that I finally got my first Fable today! My wife is a literal angel and gifted me this baby out of the kindness of her heart:

I've fallen head over teakettle in love with this species and I'm so happy RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I've tried out for a bunch but nothing has stuck for me yet! I dunno what to name them or gender but I am so happy *rolls around*. If any names leap out at you guys please run em buy me!

@SpawnofMagick Your art is INSANELY GOOD. I have no idea how you're drawing that well on Oekaki straight out the gate but omg, and your pixels are amazing. I'd also be totally interested in an art shop!!

@Northstar. Your maps are amazing, so many cute details and the detailed maps are beautiful! I finished mine (here it is). I focused more on geography and I wanted to include different environments. I'm still not fully satisfied (especially the names, I'm not good with names lol) but I'll make it work (for now...). Nereus lives on The Beach while Iacuna lives somewhere on The Hills. Each of the 5 regions has a main herd divided into smaller herds.

Wanted to share a moodboard I made for Dawn. A lot of the nursery Fables have moodboards for their inspo so ig I wanted to do the reverse of that. All the images are from interest. Also sorry about the size. I tend to work on big canvases and I'm not sure how to do the thing where people make there images scrollable for size ToT

Cypress is so cool. A certified cool kid. if you like any of my... okay it's just two for now...Fables I'd be happy to work out connections. I need to add my third Fable, Caturix, but he is canonically a baby in my lore at the moment. I'd be happy to help you worldbuild even if our Fables don't form connections ^^ I love talking backstories and personalities! (this goes for anyone lurking too lol)

That is so nice!! I am weak for Fables with antlers <3 and the pop of pink in the eye color is so lovely! You can totally disregard (cuz I am sort of bad at naming) but I would name them something with a nod to pink. Pink in another language, or a pink plant, or that's just my cliché naming conventions haha.

Oh yeah, that's been discussed! I am sure bezel is working on it. Discord servers take a lot of behind the scenes work c: I wouldn't be surprised if a link pops up sooner than we think lol. Speaking it into existance is what it will look like xD


My winter ball story is 2/3 finished. And maybe you think this is taking a while, but I have over 18 characters to include and I am including everyone ^^; I have not forgotten this project, and am slowly checking off the list of participants. My goal is to finish the darn thing this week haha.

I diiiid, yes!!!🧡 I’ve always doodled them, but I’ve only recently decided to bring it to digital platforms. I’d never really gotten into developing human OCs or having any feral concept that also a human one. So it’s all still relatively new.
He really is such a handsome little sandman.
Oats inspired me and I’ve been so addicted to making art of him since lol.
I think about it constantly.

Wanted to share my off Oekaki drawing of my new fable- Imara. I love her design so much, it's just so pretty to look at.
Although I just- did not feel like drawing feathers, so the plumage is unfortunately missing.

I don't have the patience to ever write, but I do have some thoughts on her backstory.

Due to a grudge against her mother Osiris, Imara was cursed to be blind at birth. Osiris, who is deeply regretful of what has happened, named her daughter "Imara" (meaning strength and resilience) as a blessing. Imara has powers similar to her mother's (the ability to sense things around them), and her powers have developed to be stronger due to her lack of sight. She navigates the world mostly through her magic, assisted by her other remaining senses.


I don't really comment at all on this thread (forums are scary), but everyone's development of their fables is so cool to look at! Makes me want to write stuff for my fables lol
