I've been around for a little bit during v1. I own 'tato 225, but I've tried for adopts way before that. I was so young back then, haha, I'm gonna have to change up my 'tato's personality and stuff now that I'm more confident in my writing.

The animated lines! I really want something cool to put in my sig, so this is perfect! Also kinda makes me want to go back into fnk again, since I own exactly zero of either. :v Can't wait to make my first 'tato!

what caught my eye was the fact i kept miss reading it as potatoes and im just like finally 👀 some potatoes

While not active in the community, I know I at least paid attention to what was going on from the beginning. My memory is really shady but I assume I also tried out for some? ;o

I'm super excited to make my first mutato! the species just looks super fun and adorable! and you can bet I'm gonna get a 'tato named Tater Tot lol

Cosmi - I wasn't active either-- I don't think I ever tried for a 'tato, but I definitely recognize them. They actually came up in a dsicord server a while ago where we were discussing old species and I thought, "man, shame I didn't snag one when they were around." But then! They live! What are the odds X3

if youre new, what's something youre looking forward to? what caught your eye?
I'm a sort of.... adopt collector I guess? I love to have at least one of many species. I'm not sure when I started my digital menagerie, but I enjoy world building with a lot of different critters. I have a world occupied by JBDs, kalons, babusagi, and lots of others! Adding Mutatoes to the world when I thought I'd missed my chance is very exciting ^o^

I saw these resurface and definitely wanted to get one, then the starters were introduced and I was thrilled! I may try to get one or two more gaseous friends for my 'tato so they're not lonely. I'm thinking they'll be companion critters for my sentient characters, and friends with my babusagi, who are also 'pets' of sorts! <3

I was never a really big part of the community, but I entered a few mutato adoption competitions back in the day! I've always loved these cute little dudes and it's lovely to see they're making a comeback. :D

idk if I was just really unobservant back in 2013 lol but I had no idea how mutatoes were made until now, so I found the making guide on the main thread's front page really interesting!! I remember being so baffled as a kid trying to figure out how the drawings for the body and tail were different lol, so it's really neat to see a bit of the behind-the-scenes process.

@Cosmi: just wanted to say that your mutato is absolutely gorgeous!! I adore the galaxy design and the contrast of yellow against blue is very *chef's kiss*

if youre new, what's something youre looking forward to? what caught your eye? I’m definitely looking forward to all the pretty designs. I think this concept of adopts with the animation is so cool. I can’t wait to see the bubble tails tho!
