Personality: She is quiet, however, once you bond with her she can be seen as a happy go lucky and fun to be with person, but those whom are quick to judge would see her as Dark, sinister and sly. Since she is Stealthy, she often plays tricks on people, She loves those kinds of games and loves it when people join in with her.
"Oh, lets have a prank war" is something she says quite often, and this is what she means.
She is smart, able to think things out in a short amount of time, but she can make quite a few underestimating assumptions.

Flexible:
Cilia is both physically and mentally flexible, able to bend through both complicated situations and intense fights without a problem.
Stealth:
Cilia is perfect for her job as a spy ,she is both silent and unseen. Her paw steps are graceful and she avoids the most obvious moving styles, using her surroundings to blend in with the ecosystem.
Speed:
Just as she is unseen, she is everywhere at once, if you happen to spot her, she will be gone within the blink of an eye, talk about elusive.

Cilia lives to impress others, she is very determined, she is practice makes perfect kind of gal, and no means stops to make herself perfect. (The link could sorta be her 'Theme song' i guess XD)

The moon rested in its half full state in the dark blue ink-like night sky, the lustrous glow of the half circle lit up several parts of Astrum. (WIP)
