Entry for Luna Moon's contest.

EDIT: I've updated the desgin, because, last time, I did it late at night. Anyways, the desgin update is that she is blind in one eye, and she has a cloth around her, and feathers attached to the cloth. The feathers are s'pose to look like small wings.. ^^;
