When Humans Found me
It was Miday and I was In the tunnel leading to my pool, geting a drink. I heard Something and lifted my head, maw driping with ice cold water. I stood, friozen as unatrual Light shined in my face. I Heard a shrill sound and took off down the tunnel, heading for my Hole, i had learned that seals kept escape holes into the water and had adapted that Idea. One problem, I hadnt gone to clear any ice away from my Hole. I scratched and pounded on it But It wouldnt give way. I heard The Humans andLooked around. I spotted an Area above Me that I could Hide. I leaped and scrambled my way up and hudded as far as I could Into the hole. They looked around and Headed back. I slowly came down. I found a New Hope, One with More hideing spots and tunnels. Not many humans are Exploring in my teritory.
