She isn't solid, she can turn into a gaslike form at will. As the night sky and constellations move as the earth rotates, so do they on her fur. I wanted to encorporate the ocean somehow, since we know more about space than our own oceans, that made a connection, so I put a starfish on her thigh. (What better sea creature, right? A sea cucumber would look awkward XD)

The only star that doesn't move is the one on her face under her eye, the shooting star. I've started calling her Cosmic Starfish, but you can call her whatever you like.
