I think I got carried away with the glowyness... Meh. This is a female called Tzel (Hebrew for "Shadow", If you want you can change her name.)

She has sky blue eyes, a silver necklace that glows sky blue, her paws glow dark/sky blue. The darker (fur) paws glow sky blue, while the lighter (fur) paws glow the darker blue. She has very very very dark blue flur and a lighter face (mainly around the eyes. This is not a glow, if your wondering). Two of her paws (one front, one back) are a lighter shade of blue (almost grey) fur. Then, theres a row of darker fur, then a row of big light-blue furred dots, then another row of darker fur, then another row of dats, but this time smaller, then another row of darker fur, then another row of lighter dots (etc. until the dots are extremely tiny). The dots don't go all around her back leg. She has darkish-lightish blue wings.
