I imagine that it can redirect power to the exposed and frayed wires of its body, forming wings of sparks, but at the cost of exhaustion in the rest of the body if it keeps it up too long. Ofc, if you choose to take it, you can make up whatever lore you want/tweak the design! Ty for considering either way, it was fun designing this guy!
