[PRIMARY NOTE; I do not want to win any of the major rewards for Grand-Prize or Runner Up Placements. This Entry was made to share an idea that I believe would be fun and fix a minor problem I've seen once or twice magic-wise. My Only Desired prize would be if this magic is chosen and I get to keep my design <3]
"Oh, Don't be shy, child! The actual 'major paragon' isn't here yet, so have a cookie while I tell you all you need to know!"
Culinary magic, in essence, is a magic that focuses on a specific type of art and a love for said art. Food is a way to show someone you love them, food is a way to show your talents, and it's a way to make something seemingly mundane into an experience worth cherishing. Though every cat has their preferences, it's hard to find someone that doesn't enjoy a good meal.
If you are born into Culinary magic, you are typically either a very loving or very artistic person, maybe even both. Some Culinary magicians have a love for all food, while some have a niche that they fill. At the end of the day, it's all about what your heart desires.

Domain
Culinary Magic covers all types of food that isn't raw, including more processed foods that would in most other situations need highly specialized mechanical tools. The core aspects to discussions regarding Culinary-Magic Storkies are Artisty, Food-Based Love Languages, and Personal tastes.
Culinary Magic can do, including but not limited to, the following;
- Turn Raw Material into processed material for cooking without complex machines
- Make something that typically tastes bitter/sour (ie. medicine) taste sweet or vice versa
- Identify a food that brings someone positive memories
- Apply magical effects correlating with a related magic type through food (ex. keep someone from freezing with fire-magic infused bread)
- Identify food that is poisoned or otherwise unfit for consumption

Leveling Guide
Novice; Default Level
As a Novice Culinary Magician, you have a knack for knowing what food someone desires or needs, but you're not quite ready to take on every challenge. You can create basic meals very easily, but more complex meals requires a lot more tools and focus, similarly to if a non-culinary storkie was cooking. You're a great cook, but still learning the basics of your magic- maybe you haven't even noticed you have Culinary magic yet.
Access to the Divine Accessory Minor Magic Expression.
Advanced; Unlocked at 100 MP
As an Advanced Culinary Magician, you've started to really get a hand of meals that most others would consider complex! You can easily help out those with requested meals as long as they're not too out of the ordinary. You don't need tools as much as you used to, though there are some you still need. After all, you're not exactly turning milk into cheese just yet. At this point, you can definitely tell that your cooking abilities are more than just talent, but don't get in over your head! You're still learning, but you're doing a great job!
Adept; Unlocked at 200 MP
As an Adept Culinary Magician, You can take on any challenge any mortal cat can give you! Some of the might be a challenge, but never impossible! You now no longer need tools to create food, only raw ingredients and a lot of care. You can take care of others just with your cooking, emotionally and sometimes physically too. You're the best cook around! Even if there's still room for improvement, you should be very proud of yourself!
As a Leveling Reward, claim a Gift or Accessory from the Culinary Paragon.
Master; Unlocked At 300 MP
As a Master Culinary Magician, There is almost nothing that you can't make. No meal is too complex, no cat's food desire too outlandish to where you can't fulfill it. Even in the worst conditions, you can create food seemingly out of nothing. You can meet someone and immediately know their favorite food, and just how to make it for them. You are a master culinarian, and those you care about will never go hungry with you around.
As a Leveling Reward, claim another Gift or Accessory from the Culinary Paragon.
You gain access to the Divine Accessory - Master Magic Expression.
Paragon
As you have ascended into Paragonhood, even the outlandish requests beyond mortal capabilities can't stop you anymore. You can create meals that do not exist yet, or create food that isn't possible to obtain in your reality or time. When it comes to making food for others, truly nothing can stop you.

Minor Personal History
[note; not actual history for magic, mostly a personal take on it as a suggestion along with personal experience of the character ]
Well, I wouldn't say we're exactly too special. I mean, of course we are- everybody is in their own way! But we weren't the first magic to exist and we certainly won't be the last. However, Culinary Magic is a magic spawned from love, both a love of art and a love of others. After all, hybrids are just shows of love between two magics, aren't they?
I took up Culinary magic naturally, didn't even know I had it at first! It was only when I realized I could tell someone's favorite food just by looking at them did I notice that this was something special. The magics that come together to make Culinary magic all have their ways to connecting to it, from Fire's natural affinity for cooking, to Love's natural connection to... well, love! It's definitely a magic of the modern age, after all there wasn't much cake back when elementals first walked the earth.
There's always been culinarians in history, those who have taken their love of food and made great things out of it. Even if not by magic, every creature who discovered a new meal and made food for those they care about had a bit of culinary spirit in them. It seems that over the years, that culinary spirit manifested into a form of magic all it's own, even if it takes from aspects of many different magics. It should have been expected, really- whenever there is food to be had, there will always be someone willing to do just that little bit more to make eating more than just a task to keep us alive.
Culinary Magicians have already found conflict with Fire Magicians, or at least... in the sense that fire magicians don't exactly like me, thinking that they're trying to take their place, but those in modern enough living have found Culinarians to be a great addition to their colonies. Maybe in the future the magic will be more widely known, and maybe even the fire magicians will learn to understand us... well, that's what I hope anyway.
