[Tundra]

Really just an idea i threw together. I fixed the shadows and highlights slightly.

Tips:
For shadows, change the layer settings to multiply. So as long as you don't use strait black the shadows will fade showing the color underneath.
For light, set the opacity of the layer to 50 so the light ends up being similar to the colors around it.

Anyway, its only 4 colors, shown under the wolf. The eye being either normal green or neon, your choice. Hope you like

Feathers added, you can change their color. I just threw similar colors together.
