Anatomy-wise, the cat looks a tad wonky but just keep practicing is really all i can say for that (doing sketch studies of cats/dogs can really help).
The color on your entry would be correct as a chocolate colorpoint. The reference image you used however is a Black Colorpoint (aka a Seal Colorpoint), just for clarity's sake. Really nothing to say here as colorpoints are very easy to get right.
I'd suggest working on making the coat blend a bit better, either by adding solid texture from the darker bits to the lighter bits or by using the watercolor tool.
