Remember that the Merle is the base coat. White markings show as normal on top of that.

So it would be Merle Smoky Grullo Tobiano and the drawing would be okay?

Yep, it looks fine, I would try in the future though to have your tobiano stick to the normal areas. So the rump and down, and the shoulders and down. Sometimes a stripe at the back of the head down to the throat.
