I really love the snow hooves! I can see that being a popular item.
For the tobiano, try to make it more natural-looking. Some tips I can give for it are to outline the pattern first and then fill it in. Tobiano is described as a vertical pattern, so it tends to run from the topline to the feet. Try to avoid erasing big patches of it to make the pattern as that makes it look unrealistic.
