First time I've made an entry in a bit...and it's #9 as well (my favorite number!) so I decided to make it a little special!
I've missed working with these lines ;n;
Would really love any/all critique/suggestions/tips/etc.
Based on angels, steampunk, snow owls, and a touch of snow leopard (rosettes and whisker holes). c:

(c); tail, hair, fur (wings are just fur shaped in a weird way rip)

(r); missing limb/mechanical limb
