Jingo, my first entry c:

I gave him extra facial and side horns?? I wasn't sure if the ones on his cheek and stomach were allowed. I thought there were kind of cool so I gave them a shot, though. He also has fangs, and two differently colored eyes

(Question, if I like this and become an artist, Am I allowed to make this one my custom? I like it a lot. Thank you for a response c:)

At this time, extra horns on the belly and cheeks are not a mutation lanterns can have (: Different colored eyes Ian heyerochromia, which is a trait they can have, altought it's a rare trait so it doesn't occur often

Also, there are refwrence pallets on hidden layers to use

To answer your other question, if hired, you could use this as a custom, but you would have to remake them in the custom tab, and wouldn't be official till you earned a custom with mutations (:
