why should you be hired as an artist;; I just enjoy doing art as a hobby and I think it would be fun! Plus I have the summer off, and this is the last year I will have a regular-ish non busy summer, because next year I'm gonna get a job and summer homework to complete! It would give me something to do, and it would give me experience as an artist!
