how do you paint on the shell like that? I dont know how to do that, also I cant erase the gray part to make my babusagi half full because it just turns white if i do that.

with the filling, you have to turn off lock alpha, then erase the filling bits! Then when you've erased the desired filling amount, turn lock alpha back on and do the whole colour thing
and with the shell paint, lol idk just make a new layer above the glass and lock alpha off
