I was going to make it Love Potion Number 9 but ended up making this

standard- hair
rare-3/4 glowstick fluid (I headcanon it glows brighter when the babu is happy and dims when it is upset)
((Note: The liquid doesn't fill the head all the way, so it could slosh around. It's covered by the hair))
uncommon- colored sclera
rare- Glow (Filling and floating boba)
uncommon- no boba
20 points- rare babusagi

The cup could be a glowing grape beverage simulating the glow fluid.
