Here's my entry!

I chose number 4 which was described as a male black and white tiger/dragon hybrid (Tiger face/body and dragon wings/feet/tail) that breaths smoke. Hope this works! (You can tweak his design anyway you want)

NOTES:
-Okay, so I went a bit crazy with the fur.... its not actually that long
-His eyes and smoke are galaxy designed
-his stripes are constantly changing. they grow, shrink, twist and move all over his body. When he gets angry his stripes move around his body faster
