His name shall be Nadley which may or may not have a hidden meaning behind it

Few notes on him:
The cause of his death is unknown - doesn't talk about it directly
Likes telling stories of how he supposedly died to disturb others - exaggerates and goes for quite gruesome explanations
Is speculated to have died by his own hands judged by the souls he reaps
Holds a jewel consisting of the colours of a pinkish purple and blue - Mind and water
Mind is his main jewel power - can read the minds of others
Water is his minor jewel power - barely ever uses and are mostly just able to cause slight movement in the substance
Usually needs to focus a lot to fully use his jewel powers - Thus he's often found staring at people and objects
Has a slightly glow to his eyes - only really shows when using his jewel powers to their full extent or when overly emotional
The mark situated above his eye ref is a mark he has on his forehead - glows faintly
His hair grows quite a lot much to his annoyance - are often seen with his hair hanging below his chin and covering most of his face
