I incorporated the roses into the fog markings, I hope that's alright. If not I'll change it. Also slightly unsure on this ones rarity.

niiiice roses =O would be a very good tph for valentines day ^^ you can make an tph with fog marking looking slightly like a rose, but if it is like here then it should be an event tph ^^ (like the heart shaped fog markings on the valentines tph)
the rarity would be rare ^^ bay = very common + roan = common + slightly colored mane = uncommon + special gen: roses = rare
and don't forget the white in mane and tail like on entrie 1 ^^
