DAY4:
,
it's been two days since i started the training with Erijon, to show Jenny that everything is okay. I repeated everything I've done on the 2nd day in these 2 days. Yesterday something realy bad happened. Luke jumped into the stable. he wanted to play with Erijon. Jenny was watching out of her Window and as soon as he saw Luke she ran out of the Box and on the outside. I was mad at Luke and he seemed to know it. But i said he could play with Erijon now If they both went outside. So I let them go on one of the big meadows to have some fun. It took me 3 hours to slowly get her back in. The good thing is that she slowly seemed to get some trust in me. I could feed her a little bird right out of my hand. She seemed to like that but as soon as i tried to pet her she put on her ears so i let her.
And now to this day. My two Boys were outside and enjoyed the sun. I wanted to spend my whole Day with Jenny. So i prepeared some tea and cookies, some carrots, apples and other vegetables. I want to try which of these she likes the most. so i took my picknickblanked and made it comfortable for myself and sat infront of her and talked to her. After about 30 Minutes she came and had a look out of her window.One of her ears was straight up and one was on her head. I talked to her about the last daay, asked her how she feels and slowly she started to get comfortable. She relaxed and i stood up and took an apple and a carrot in my hand. Jenny still looked interested and started to sniff on both of them. but she was neither interested in the one adn the other. So i had another Idea. i still had one cookie left. So I tried it. I mean why not. She is super sweet. Why shouldn't she like sweet stuff? I l hold the cookie in my hand, She sniffed on it and... ate it !
I was so happy. I found something she liked, that made me happy. Somehow my feeling told me i could go a little bit further. i looked at her face and tried to touch her. But she was putting her head away. I read in a book, that if there is an suspicious animal you should not look at them and try to touch them. So i tried it. I looked away and slowly went further with my hand. She sniffed on it... and... allowed me to touch her !
It only was a short pat but i made it. I slowly touched her forehead. She seemed so pleased, that finally there was someone who got time for her.
Okay. I need to bring Erijon and Nestori inside. It's feeding time.

DAY7:
,
It's been 3 Days since i had my first touch with my little Lady. Since then it all went up ! I started to train her a bit, while my 2 chaotic boys where running over the meadow. I got a new Stallion now. His Name is Cale and he has a beautiful Sister which already has an owner. I still seperate him from the others because he's younger then Erijon and a Stallion. And as i know my old Boy i know it'll not be easy to manage that.
So, back to Jenny. I only train her outside, because she's more comfortable with that. I'm using a long Rope to train her. She is so clever and knows a lot! What a shame that she had a wrong owner before. She's listening to my comandos very well. I just have to tell her what to do. She's so attentive and listens carefully.
So as we started our Training today I wanted to try something diffrent. Since she's so patient and silent I want to try to put a saddle on her back. First i took her into the circle. Before i took her out of her Box I put a Saddle over one of the fences of the circle. As she saw it she was a bit suspicious but it was okay. We started as usual. With the first training parts. Normal walking in a circle until her muscles are warm and then starting to trott and gallopp. After a few rounds she started to get more relaxed. That was the point where i showed her the saddle. I freed her of the rope and she was jumping around and took a sandbath. She likes that. I called for her and she came. I patted her head and gave her a cookie (I had to buy a lot since i know she likes them) and then i showed her the saddle. At first she jumped away and came nearer pretty slowly. She sniffed on it and i patted her neck and back. She was watching me very suspicious. I was talking to her very quiet and tryed to put the saddle on her back but she jumped away, but the good thing is that she always came back to me when i did it (I did it about 20 times). I remembered how i first touched her. I was not looking. So i did the same. I was at her back. Was looking to the ground and tried to put the saddle on her back and... it worked !
ONe more step closer to our first ride. I can't wait for that.
