Ehuehuhehue.
This would be my first entry, a Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls themed Katama.
It's my entry featuring line edits, which are edits around the mouth making a smile and eye edits changing the pupil and removing the irises.
Should I get the place artist, he'd be my first custom ;v;
Will be making more entries soon!

Meet what would be named Bill.
He features a paranormal yellow glow around him at all times, and uncommon differently colored horns and blade.
He has one good eye, and the other is covered and "sealed" by a star shaped scar. The reason is because that eye is all seeing, and able to see the past, present, and future. Opening it causes great strain on him both mentally and physically, so he only opens it in situations of importance.
