joker is quite the trickster and with that comes a few different levels of mischievousness. he also has a soft spot for children, as they are his prime target for tricks. their gullible -except for the ones that are well trained by their parents- and he tends to trick them that way. his glass eye (red one) is the one that he spooks them with. taking it out and rolling it around pretending to "see" with it. he tends to laugh at his own jokes and laugh at corny ones. he makes puns out of everything that he hears and creates it to be his own Joker arsenal. it's uncommon for him never to laugh at anything, weather it be funny or not.
