My 4th entry, I really liked the first version of this, and I couldn't help but think up another one.
This time, this creature can turn it's enemies into stone by staring at them (like Medusa) and all heads breathe fire.
It's stone colored like the statues it turns it's victims into.
The spikes from it's canine head are natural, and both snake heads are functional. (They have poisonous bites and are excellent at keeping watch.)
Every time this creature goes to sleep, at least one head stays awake. It's eyes can glow in the dark too.
