(If you want a biography)He was born with the ability and did not learn it, it came naturally. He loves to walk through towns and cause power outages. (normally in the dark so that the ponies can't see and get injured) He wears electro-enhancers on his front left and back right legs. he also wears and earpiece and eyepiece that helps him to see and hear weaknesses in the electricity around him( so he can more easily and powerfully control it.)
