I'd just call him Sable, or more likely Azure. Canton only really refers to very bold points, like a Siamese; these aren't very defined. And parti is more like a bicolour cat- like splotches, not really airbrushed. Not that your way of saying it has any problem! No, it's fine. But to call it just plain Azure is easier, no?
